Taco Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 cups shredded mexican blend cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar ortega taco sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle kraft catalina dressing
  • crushed taco doritos

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef.
  • 2 mix with seasoning package according to package directions.
  • 3 let cool.
  • 4 chop lettuce into bite size pieces.
  • 5 add black olives, tomatoes, green onions, shredded cheese.
  • 6 mix until evenly combined.
  • 7 toss in cooled meat mixture.
  • 8 in small bowl, combine taco sauce and dressing together.
  • 9 stir dressing mixture into salad until well combined.
  • 10 crush chips and add to salad, stir until all is covered with dressing.
  • 11 enjoy.
