Stuffed Bell Pepper For One

Ingredients

- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can corn beef hash
Recipe
- 1 cut off the top of pepper and remove the seeds.
- 2 make a couple of small holes in the bottom of the pepper to allow juices to drain.
- 3 stuff the pepper full of the hash.
- 4 place the pepper in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- 5 place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- 6 remove and let it cool for about 10 minute.
