Top Sirloin Steak, A Brand New Concept And Wonderful

Ingredients

- 8 ounces top sirloin steaks, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices sweet french baguettes, cut into quarters
Recipe
- 1 unwrap your fresh, cold from the store or refrigerator, steak.
- 2 season with pepper seasoning salt and garlic powder to taste.
- 3 put in microwave oven for 15 seconds, turn over and microwave for 15 seconds on the other side. leave in microwave for 30 minutes.
- 4 warm olive oil in a skillet, add butter. heat until butter is frothy and just barely beginning to brown.
- 5 add steak and cook a bare 4 minutes per side for rare. (i would not try this if you don't like rare steak) i don't know what 3 extra minutes would do.
- 6 remove steak to plate and put bread quarters on plate. drizzle pan drippings over steak and bread.
- 7 i serve this with rosemary potatoes, and tomatoes rockefeller.
