Ingredients
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 bunch mixed sprouts
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1/2 bunch broccoli
- 2 zucchini
- 2 squash
- 4 pita bread
- 1/2 cup mushroom (optional)
- 4 slices swiss cheese (optional)
- 4 chicken tenders (optional)
Recipe
- 1 put 1/2 of the wine in a skillet- heat.
- 2 add vegtables and remaining wine-- cook until tender.
- 3 toast pita bread in oven or on flat grill.
- 4 place vegetables on pita bread with sprouts and diced tomatoes.
- 5 cut in half and serve.
