Something Different For Two

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 bunch mixed sprouts
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1/2 bunch broccoli
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 squash
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1/2 cup mushroom (optional)
  • 4 slices swiss cheese (optional)
  • 4 chicken tenders (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put 1/2 of the wine in a skillet- heat.
  • 2 add vegtables and remaining wine-- cook until tender.
  • 3 toast pita bread in oven or on flat grill.
  • 4 place vegetables on pita bread with sprouts and diced tomatoes.
  • 5 cut in half and serve.
