Stuffed Bell Peppers

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cleaned bell peppers
  • vegetable oil or sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped garlic
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 -4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup oyster sauce
  • black pepper
  • oregano
  • parsley
  • bay leaves or your favorite dry seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven to 360 degrees.
  • 2 cut tops of bell peppers and remove seeds and stem. i keep the top, but you that's optional.
  • 3 mix all ingredients except for oyster sauce in a bowl.
  • 4 coat the inside of the bell peppers with sesame oil or vegetable oil. it should look shiny but now drenched with oil.
  • 5 stuff the bell peppers with mixed ingredients to the top.
  • 6 place them on a greased baking tray.
  • 7 place in the oven for 25 - 30 minute.
  • 8 remove the bell peppers and glaze the left over oyster sauce over them.
  • 9 then enjoy!
