Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cleaned bell peppers
- vegetable oil or sesame oil
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped garlic
- 1 carrot, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 2 -4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- black pepper
- oregano
- parsley
- bay leaves or your favorite dry seasoning
Recipe
- 1 pre heat oven to 360 degrees.
- 2 cut tops of bell peppers and remove seeds and stem. i keep the top, but you that's optional.
- 3 mix all ingredients except for oyster sauce in a bowl.
- 4 coat the inside of the bell peppers with sesame oil or vegetable oil. it should look shiny but now drenched with oil.
- 5 stuff the bell peppers with mixed ingredients to the top.
- 6 place them on a greased baking tray.
- 7 place in the oven for 25 - 30 minute.
- 8 remove the bell peppers and glaze the left over oyster sauce over them.
- 9 then enjoy!
