Stromboli

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb frozen bread dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 2 cups italian cheese blend
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 7 -10 pieces ham
  • 7 -10 pieces salami
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 roll dough into rectangle shape and place dough on greased cookie sheet.
  • 3 mix garlic, butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil and brush butter mixture on dough.
  • 4 mix cheese and seasoning.
  • 5 spread 1/2 cheese mix across dough, stopping about a half edge.
  • 6 place ham and salami on top on dough and cheese.
  • 7 spread second 1/2 of cheese across ham and salami.
  • 8 roll dough longways loosely and fold ends under.
  • 9 brush roll with a beaten egg and cut 3 small slits in top.
  • 10 cook in oven for 25 minutes.
