- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke (mesquite)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 cup fine dry breadcrumb
- salt
- pepper
- 8 pieces monterey jack pepper cheese, about the size of dice
Recipe
- 1 run everything but the cheeze through a meat grinder fine die together.
- 2 form mix around the cheeze pieces and sautee.
- 3 stick with toothpicks for nibbles.
