Spanish Noodles

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (6 ounce) can pitted ripe olives
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, and juices (sliced or pieces)
  • 1 (12 -16 ounce) package 1/2-inch wide egg noodles
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 chop onion and green pepper.
  • 2 cook till tender in olive oil.
  • 3 add meat and cook until done.
  • 4 add tomato soup, tomato sauce, corn, olives, and mushrooms.
  • 5 cook noodles according to package directions.
  • 6 drain and add to first mixture with cheese.
  • 7 season with salt, pepper, and worchestshire sauce to taste.
  • 8 bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
