Spanish Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1/2 lb velveeta cheese or 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 350 deg.
- 2 bring water to boil for noodles. cook about 10 minutes and drain.
- 3 in a skillet, brown beef and onion. drain.
- 4 in a large bowl, mix beef, onion, creamed corn, tomato soup.
- 5 add cheese, salt and pepper. add in cooked noodles.
- 6 pour into greased 3 quart casserole dish.
- 7 bake at 350 deg. for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly in an uncovered casserole dish.
