Spanish Noodles

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 lb velveeta cheese or 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, cubed
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 350 deg.
  • 2 bring water to boil for noodles. cook about 10 minutes and drain.
  • 3 in a skillet, brown beef and onion. drain.
  • 4 in a large bowl, mix beef, onion, creamed corn, tomato soup.
  • 5 add cheese, salt and pepper. add in cooked noodles.
  • 6 pour into greased 3 quart casserole dish.
  • 7 bake at 350 deg. for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly in an uncovered casserole dish.
