Spanish Noodles

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 4 ounces uncooked noodles (shells, macaroni, etc.)

Recipe

  • 1 fry bacon slices until crisp.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 reserve drippings.
  • 4 crumble bacon and set aside.
  • 5 to dripping in frying pan, add chopped onion.
  • 6 cook until tender.
  • 7 add ground beef.
