Tasty Breakfast Deer Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground deer meat (can substitute lean ground beef)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (if ya like a little spice)
Recipe
- 1 doesn't get any more simple than this!
- 2 mix all ingredients except egg in bowl.
- 3 refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
- 4 mix in egg if desired.
- 5 make into 3-4 inch patties, 1 inch thick
- 6 cook on grill or stove top as you would for hamburger patties.
