- 3 -5 lbs tri-tip roast
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 -6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a freezer bag.
- 2 marinate tri tip for at least 24 hours.
- 3 cut tri tip into steaks and grill.
