- 2 -2 1/2 lbs boneless chuck steaks
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Recipe
- 1 cut the steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. combine remaining ingredients in small bowl, place meat in slow-cooking pot. pour sauce over. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. serve with rice.
