Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 2 -2 1/2 lbs boneless chuck steaks
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 cut the steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. combine remaining ingredients in small bowl, place meat in slow-cooking pot. pour sauce over. cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. serve with rice.
