Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh gingerroot, grated or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 marinate meat for at least two hours, but may be marinated overnight.
