- 3 lbs top round steaks
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, ground
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup wine
Recipe
- 1 place steak in a shallow pan -
- 2 combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak and marinate 4 or 5 hours.
- 3 grill or broil until desired doneness and serve with rice.
