Teriyaki Meatloaf

Ingredients

- 2/3 cup orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, divided
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 large egg
Recipe
- 1 stir together the marmalade, 2 tbs teriyaki sauce, vinegar, and red pepper. set aside.
- 2 combine ground beef, and the next 5 ingredients, and the remaining 1 tbs of teryaki sauce. shape into a 4x7 loaf.
- 3 bake at 350 in a 9 inch pan or baking dish for 30 minutes.
- 4 remove from the oven, and pour the marmalade mixture over the meat; bake 8-10 more minutes or until done.
