Teriyaki Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, divided
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 large egg

Recipe

  • 1 stir together the marmalade, 2 tbs teriyaki sauce, vinegar, and red pepper. set aside.
  • 2 combine ground beef, and the next 5 ingredients, and the remaining 1 tbs of teryaki sauce. shape into a 4x7 loaf.
  • 3 bake at 350 in a 9 inch pan or baking dish for 30 minutes.
  • 4 remove from the oven, and pour the marmalade mixture over the meat; bake 8-10 more minutes or until done.
