Stir-fried Ramen Noodles

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (16 ounce) package california blend frozen vegetables
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 (3 ounce) package beef-flavor ramen noodles
Recipe
- 1 brown meat over medium high heat,in a large skillet; drain.
- 2 add vegetables, water, soy sauce and the flavoring packet from the ramen noodles.
- 3 mix well and bring to a boil.
- 4 break noodles in half crosswise and add to vegetables.
- 5 reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8 minutes or till vegetables and noodles are tender.
- 6 stirring occasionally to separate noodles.
