Spinach Meatballs Wrapped In Bacon

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 lb spinach
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 medium onion (liquied in blender)
- 5 garlic cloves (liquified in the blender)
- 1 lb ground beef (or lamb)
- 20 slices bacon (each slice cut into 3)
Recipe
- 1 wash spinach, and blend with 1/4 cup of water (spinach should look like a green smoothie).
- 2 place everything in large bowl, mix until everything is fully green.
- 3 roll into 1 inch balls, and wrap in bacon.
- 4 there should be a side that's not covered in bacon, place that facing down on the pan that goes into the oven.
- 5 cook @ 400 degrees fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
- 6 after 40 mins, pick out the largest meatball you can eyeball and cut it open to check how well done it is.
