Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup ritz cracker, crushed
- 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients. shape into balls. brown in skillet. remove from pan.
- 2 sauce:.
- 3 stir flour, spices into remaining oil in pan. cook 1 minute.
- 4 stir in broth. simmer until thickened. stir in sour cream.
- 5 add meatballs back to pan.
- 6 heat through about 15 minutes.
- 7 serve.
