Swedish Meatballs

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup ritz cracker, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3/4 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients. shape into balls. brown in skillet. remove from pan.
  • 2 sauce:.
  • 3 stir flour, spices into remaining oil in pan. cook 1 minute.
  • 4 stir in broth. simmer until thickened. stir in sour cream.
  • 5 add meatballs back to pan.
  • 6 heat through about 15 minutes.
  • 7 serve.
