Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
- 6 cups day-old bread, wet
- 1 lb ground veal
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 3 cups onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 break up bread, soak in water and squeeze out.
- 3 in a large bowl mix all above ingredients well.
- 4 on a large flat cookie tray.
- 5 from above ingredients, roll out dollar size meat balls.
- 6 be sure not to touch each other.
- 7 place in oven and cook for 25 minutes per tray, turning meat balls half way.
- 8 place on paper towel to cool.
- 9 makes about 120 balls.
- 10 place cooled meatballs in air tight zip lock bags and freeze.
