Spinach Beef Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• 20 fresh large mushrooms
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb baby spinach (chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 tablespoons garlic (chopped, from a jar)
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 remove stems from mushrooms.
• 3 place mushrooms in a baking dish.
• 4 saute spinach, onion, chopped mushroom stems and garlic in olive oil until spinach is limp.
• 5 add cream cheese and nutmeg.
• 6 mix spinach mixture into ground beef.
• 7 mix in the parmesan.
• 8 scoop mixture into mushrooms.
• 9 sprinkle additional parmesan cheese on top.
• 10 bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until crisp on top and beef is done.
