Turkey Burgers With Apple (scd)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 small apple, grated
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or 1 tablespoon green onion top
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute the onion in oil.
- 2 in a bowl, combine onion with apple, chives, celery salt, sage and pepper.
- 3 add turkey; mix until well blended. form mixture into 4 patties.
- 4 form mixture into 4 patties.
- 5 cook -- bbq, broiler, pan-fry.
