Teriyaki Flank Steak

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs flank steaks
  • 1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine teriyaki and pineapple juice in large ziploc bag.
  • 2 add steak to bag, seal bag.
  • 3 refrigerate 2-4 hours (up to 24 hours).
  • 4 when ready to cook, remove steak from bag.
  • 5 best grilled but could be broiled.
  • 6 slice diagonally against the grain in 1/2 inch strips.
