Teriyaki Burgers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl. divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
  • 2 prepare grill.
