Ingredients

- 1 lb ground round
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl. divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
