Tasty Meatloaf

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/2 lb ground chicken
• 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 stalk celery
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 tablespoon ground mustard
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 2 tablespoons mustard

Recipe

• 1 put breadcrumbs,eggs, and ketchup into large mixing bowl.
• 2 in a food processor process the celery, carrot, and onion.
• 3 add to mixture.
• 4 add spices.
• 5 form into two seperate loaves on a pan.
• 6 coat each loaf with 1t ketchup and mustard.
• 7 bake in oven at 400 for 40 minutes and turn down to 350 for another 20 minutes.
• 8 serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
