Stir-fry Bengal Meatballs

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green parsley
  • 2/3 cup hot bengal chutney
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil

Recipe

  • 1 put first four ingredients in deep bowl.
  • 2 shape beef into one inch meatballs.
  • 3 divide into three batches.
  • 4 heat in skillet 1 t oil.
  • 5 brown one batch at a time, using one t of oil per batch.
  • 6 before serving, coat lightly with chutney.
