- 1 1/2 cups triscuits crackers, grounded
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
Recipe
- 1 soak triscuits in milk in large bowl until soft.
- 2 add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- 3 shape into patties and cook in skillet until well cooked and browned.
