Three-step Stroganoff

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb boneless round steak
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 12 ounces cooked noodles (i use wide egg noodles)

Recipe

  • 1 slice round steak into thin strips and stir-fry in oil until no longer pink.
  • 2 stir in soup, water and onion soup mix. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 3 stir in sour cream, heat through (do not boil). serve over noodles.
