Three-step Stroganoff

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb boneless round steak
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 12 ounces cooked noodles (i use wide egg noodles)
Recipe
- 1 slice round steak into thin strips and stir-fry in oil until no longer pink.
- 2 stir in soup, water and onion soup mix. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3 stir in sour cream, heat through (do not boil). serve over noodles.
