Tenderizing Beef For Chinese Cooking

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef steak, your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything together and marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2 use in your favorite recipe calling for sliced beef.
