- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3/4 lb cooked beef short rib, cut into small pieces
- 3 tablespoons plum sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat skillet over medium heat and add oil.
- 2 saute garlic.
- 3 add ribs and stir fry until heated through.
- 4 add plum sauce and oyster sauce.
- 5 stir well and serve.
