Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 24 saltine crackers, -crushed (individual crackers, not the 4 square)
- 3 eggs, -slightly beaten
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 mix ground chuck, crackers, eggs, and onion. make into meatballs.
- 2 place in pan.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 30 minutes.
- 4 while meatballs are cooking during this 30 minutes is a good time to mix up your sauce by mixing the ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, and vinegar.
- 5 remove from oven and drain excess grease.
- 6 return to pan.
- 7 pour sauce over meatballs, and stir to coat all the meatballs.
- 8 bake another 30 minutes at 350°f until meatballs are cooked through.
