- 2 lbs top round beef, partially frozen
- 1/2 cup peanut oil (or other oil)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated gingerroot
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 cut beef cross-wise into thin strips.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish.
- 3 add beef strips and marinate 2 to 3 hours.
- 4 place beef strips accordion style on bamboo sticks or metal skewers.
- 5 grill or broil.
