Teriyaki Steak Skewers

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup a.1. original sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

Recipe

  • 1 mix steak sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger. pour 1/4 cup over meat in glass bowl; stir evenly coat meat. refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning occasionally. store remaining steak sauce mixture in refrigerator.
  • 2 heat grill to medium-high. drain meat; discard marinade. alternately thread meat, pineapple and peppers on 8 skewers.
  • 3 grill 4-6 minutes or until meat is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved sauce.
