Teriyaki Steak Skewers

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup a.1. original sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
Recipe
- 1 mix steak sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger. pour 1/4 cup over meat in glass bowl; stir evenly coat meat. refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning occasionally. store remaining steak sauce mixture in refrigerator.
- 2 heat grill to medium-high. drain meat; discard marinade. alternately thread meat, pineapple and peppers on 8 skewers.
- 3 grill 4-6 minutes or until meat is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved sauce.
