Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs chicken, steak or 2 lbs lamb
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic, cloves*
- 2 teaspoons garlic, powder*
- garlic, can be adjusted to taste
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
- 2 place meat into a gallon plastic bag.
- 3 pour marinade over meat and seal bag.
- 4 place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight depending on thickness of meat.
