Teriyaki Marinade

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs chicken, steak or 2 lbs lamb
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic, cloves*
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, powder*
  • garlic, can be adjusted to taste

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
  • 2 place meat into a gallon plastic bag.
  • 3 pour marinade over meat and seal bag.
  • 4 place in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight depending on thickness of meat.
