Ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a container& mix until sugar dissolves.
- 2 add beef or chicken, cover& refrigerate for at least 3 hours, stirring often.
