Super Bowl Chip Dip

Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 40 1/2 ounces kidney beans
- 20 ounces rotel tomatoes, diced original
- 22 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- tortilla chips or corn chips
Recipe
- 1 mix beef, beans, rotel, cream of mushroom in crock pot.
- 2 heat on medium for about an hour.
- 3 if you are using the crockpot only add two cups of mozerella to top and let heat about 15 more minutes.
- 4 serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
- 5 you can also use a large casserole dish and mix beef,beans, rotel, and soup.
- 6 place in casserole dish and cover with 3 cups mozerella.
- 7 heat at 350 for an hour.
- 8 quick fix : mix in microwavable container except for cheese. heat 25 minutes.
- 9 add cheese for about 5 more minutes; serve.
