Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups cubed peeled potatoes (1/2 inch cubes)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 4 cups water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/2-1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Recipe
- 1 in a dutch oven or large kettle, brown ground beef.
- 2 drain.
- 3 add potatoes, onion and tomato sauce.
- 4 stir in water, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce; bring to a boil.
