Spicy Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cups cubed peeled potatoes (1/2 inch cubes)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Recipe

  • 1 in a dutch oven or large kettle, brown ground beef.
  • 2 drain.
