Trish's Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground venison
- 1/2 lb ground lamb (not sausage)
- 1 cup cracker, crumbled
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup hienz chili sauce
- 1/2 cup hienz ketchup
- 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 in a large bowl, mix together first 10 ingredients shape into a loaf.
- 3 and place in loaf pan. mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of meatloaf. bake for about an hour or til done in center.
