Trish's Venison Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/2 lb ground lamb (not sausage)
  • 1 cup cracker, crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup hienz chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup hienz ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 in a large bowl, mix together first 10 ingredients shape into a loaf.
  • 3 and place in loaf pan. mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of meatloaf. bake for about an hour or til done in center.
