Tangy Sweet And Sour Meatballs

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 2 cups ginger ale

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 6 ingredients.
  • 2 shape into small balls.
  • 3 put gingerale and ketchup into large pot and bring to a boil.
  • 4 add meatballs ,cover and simmer for 2 hours.
