Tangy Paprika Beef

Ingredients
- 1 lb cubed meat, cut into 1 in. pieces
- 1/2 cup flour, seasoned to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 quart water
- 8 ounces noodles, cooked
Recipe
- 1 heat oil over high heat.
- 2 roll meat in seasoned flour.
- 3 cook meat over high heat 3-5 minutes or until brown.
- 4 add everything else except noodles.
- 5 simmer on low 45 minutes to 2 hours.
- 6 thinken with 1/2c. flour and 1/4c. water.
- 7 serve over or on warm noodles (i like curly egg noodles best.).
