Tangy Paprika Beef

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cubed meat, cut into 1 in. pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour, seasoned to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 quart water
  • 8 ounces noodles, cooked

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil over high heat.
  • 2 roll meat in seasoned flour.
  • 3 cook meat over high heat 3-5 minutes or until brown.
  • 4 add everything else except noodles.
  • 5 simmer on low 45 minutes to 2 hours.
  • 6 thinken with 1/2c. flour and 1/4c. water.
  • 7 serve over or on warm noodles (i like curly egg noodles best.).
