Ingredients

- 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cubed
- 1 (15 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 lb plum tomato, sliced
- 2 jalapeno chilies, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon toasted cumin
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on high 4-5 hours.
- 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
