Tenderloin Chili

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cubed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 lb plum tomato, sliced
  • 2 jalapeno chilies, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon toasted cumin
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on high 4-5 hours.
  • 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
