red marinade

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3/4 cup red
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano

Recipe

  • in a nonreactive bowl, combine , olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano. add desired meat, and cover. marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
