Tangy Marinated Flanky Steak

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 in a ziploc bag combine all ingredients.
- 2 marinate for at least 2-3 hours in fridge.
- 3 fire up the grill to med high.
- 4 grill steak 6 minutes per side turning once for medium rare.
- 5 remove from grill and thinly slice accross the grain.
