Tuscan Parmesan Pillows

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef round
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • lemon wedge

Recipe

  • 1 mix meat-mixture ingredients until well blended.
  • 2 shape into twelve 1 1/4-inch thick patties.
  • 3 let stand 15 minutes.
  • 4 heat oil and butter in a large heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 5 add patties and cook until well browned on both sides and no longer pink in centers, about 5 minutes each side.
  • 6 sprinkle with remaining parsley.
  • 7 serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over the patties.
  • 8 serves 6.
