Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 lb ground chicken or 1/2 lb beef
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice

Recipe

  • 1 put ground meat and soy sauce, sugar, mirin and ginger juice in a pan over medium heat.
  • 2 saute the meat, stirring constantly until moisture is almost gone.
  • 3 remove from heat.
