Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground beef
- 3/4 lb ground veal
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 place all the ingredients in a medium mixiing bowl and mix to combine. the mixture should be moist but able to rol into a meatball.
- 3 roll meatballs into a 1 inch uniform size.
- 4 place even on a shallow baking dish.
- 5 bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- 6 finish under the broiler for 5 minutes or until desired crust is reached.
